Role Overview
The Principal Product Marketing Programs Lead at Oracle is responsible for converting go-to-market (GTM) strategies into actionable execution plans. This role bridges product marketing, sales, and field enablement with a focus on creating consistent, repeatable programs that drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and activate GTM strategy with clear sales plays.
- Establish workflows and toolkits for global sales enablement.
- Maintain messaging and positioning across campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated program delivery.
- Measure adoption and refine strategies based on data feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in product marketing, campaign management, or GTM roles in technology.
- Ability to connect strategic direction with execution.
- Proven record of developing campaigns that influence sales adoption.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise cloud, SaaS, or AI-related marketing.
- Familiarity with digital campaign development and program execution.
- Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Capability to design scalable frameworks and processes globally.

Additional Information
This position is on-site in Nashville, TN (priority) with secondary options in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance is provided. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
US salary range: $97,500 - $199,500 per year with eligibility for bonus and equity. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holiday, and more.
