Role Overview

The Principal Product Marketing Programs Lead will own the translation of go-to-market strategy into execution. This role is at the intersection of product marketing, sales, and field enablement, turning OCI’s GTM priorities into clear, repeatable programs.

  • Lead GTM planning and establish workflows.
  • Create field-ready toolkits and integrated campaigns.
  • Steward messaging and positioning across product areas.
  • Measure and refine program adoption and market impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, advertising, events, and enablement teams.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include shaping GTM strategy, leading planning, ensuring messaging consistency, driving integrated programs, and creating accessible content resources. The role requires both creativity and operational discipline, with close partnership across sales and product teams.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields with 5+ years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include enterprise cloud, SaaS or AI-related marketing experience along with digital campaign expertise.

This role entails a full-time, on-site position in the U.S., with priority location in Nashville, TN and secondary locations in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA.
