Principal Product Manager Healthcare AI
The Oracle Clinical AI Agent team is developing an AI platform to power Oracle’s health applications. We are embedding generative and conversational AI to simplify clinician workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance patient care. About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Principal Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of Clinical AI Agents. You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX teams to identify new opportunities, define training data requirements, guide model development, and ensure the delivery of safe and effective AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Craft and maintain product roadmaps focused on user-centric features that encourage AI adoption in daily clinical workflows.
- Apply AI & Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on NLP, large language models, and generative AI to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Define and Explore Opportunity Areas: Partner with clinicians and stakeholders to identify high-value clinical workflows transformable by AI agents.
- Lead Concept Development: Translate needs into structured product concepts, defining problem spaces, success criteria, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams to shape agent behavior, training, and user experience.
- Gold Data Strategy & Acquisition: Drive the creation and curation of high-quality datasets for training and validation.
- Model Development Oversight: Coordinate model training, tuning, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with clinical intent and compliance.
- Validation & Safety Testing: Develop protocols to test agent performance, usability, and clinical safety.
- Product Readiness & Delivery: Collaborate on release planning, documentation, and enablement for smooth launches.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness: Ensure Clinical AI Agents meet healthcare standards for data privacy, transparency, and reliability.
- Customer Engagement & Feedback Loops: Cultivate design partnerships and incorporate user feedback to guide product evolution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in product management.
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML products, ideally in multiple industries.
- Familiarity with large datasets, analytics, and user engagement metrics.
- Experience in clinical workflows and regulated healthcare environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements within healthcare settings is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI and AI frameworks.
- Demonstrated success launching 0-to-1 products and achieving market traction.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
