Job Summary

As a Principal Integrated Technologies Owner on the Clinical Imaging team at Oracle, you will be instrumental in leading the technical components of client project implementations for Oracle's Clinical Imaging products. This encompasses a wide range of solutions including ECG Management, Cardiovascular Image Management, Oracle Worklist Manager, Oracle Radiology PACS, Eye Care Imaging, Dental Imaging, Scope imaging, and critical DICOM Image migrations. You will be a key liaison for internal and external client and partner relationships, managing complex technical projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical aspects of Oracle client project implementations for Clinical Imaging products.
  • Accountable for cultivating and maintaining strong internal and external client and partner relationships.
  • Manage complex technical client projects, navigating environments with high variability and requiring influential leadership to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Define client strategy and technology roadmap to align with business objectives and product capabilities.
  • Direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical components of implementation projects.
  • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive technical project plans, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for technical issues and risks, providing expert guidance and resolution.
  • Create and manage overall project plans, including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs for Oracle engagements.
  • Monitor and report progress and changes against the project plan, driving implementation through motivation and direction.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience.
  • At least 3 years of HCIT consulting, HCIT support, HCIT project/program management, client relationship management, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to client contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing Radiology or Cardiology PACS.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience with clinical solutions or EHR.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex full-cycle solution implementations.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing client/server applications.
  • Basic understanding of HL7, DICOM, or computer networking.

Work Expectations & Requirements

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Must reside within 60 miles of a major international airport.
  • Ability to acquire Government security clearance.
  • Successful candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless exemption approved), as per Oracle's policy.
  • Compliance with additional client-facing requirements such as immunizations, annual flu shots, TB screens, background checks, and drug screens may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive hiring range in USD from $70,600 - $141,200 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
