Job Description: Principal Cloud Solutions Engineer, Integration
As a Principal Cloud Solutions Engineer, Integration at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy robust Oracle Cloud architectures. Your primary goal is to address complex customer business problems and drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, covering discovery, design, and deployment phases.
Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers, building strong leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations to effectively design and implement cloud solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather detailed requirements, develop comprehensive architectures, and translate intricate business needs into tangible, high-impact solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through hands-on code development and scripting.
- Demonstrate a deep product and application understanding through highly customized presentations to customers, and by showcasing solutions at conferences and industry events.
- Support customers from the initial Proof of Concept (POC) phase through to production deployment, managing resource configuration, planning, and providing essential customer education and training.
- Create and distribute valuable technical assets, including white papers, solution code, insightful blog posts, and compelling video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading technical contributor for both customers and sales teams on advanced cloud solutions and overall customer success.
- Identify gaps and suggest enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps, ensuring the development of customer-driven features.
- As a leading contributor, you may provide direction and mentorship to other team members.
- This is a non-routine and highly complex role, requiring the application of advanced technical and business skills in specialized areas. Expect to interact with C-level executives.
- Maintain expertise by continuously staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends.

The hiring range for this position in the US is typically from $113,100 to $185,100 per year, based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
