Job Description
The Planning & Operations - SLED Sales role provides direct sales operational support to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. This includes support of business practices and processes, developing, communicating, and training the organization on these practices and processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, and Shared Services, ensuring efficient sales operational support.
- Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.
- Focus on forecasting, account assignments, territory planning, and day-to-day sales leader support.
- Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
- Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
- Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Qualifications
This is a Career Level - IC4 role. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
