Oracle Health Training Project Manager – Federal Learning & Change Management
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Project Manager to serve as a critical bridge between clinical operations, system changes, and training delivery within a large-scale Federal EHR modernization program. This role operates at the intersection of clinical informatics and project management, ensuring that system changes are accurately translated into effective, workflow-aligned training solutions.
The Training Project Manager will act as a clinical liaison, evaluating EHR changes, identifying training impacts, and driving updates through structured processes (e.g., JIRA). This individual will partner closely with clinical, solution, learning, and change management teams to ensure training reflects real-world workflows and supports end-user adoption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and brings strong clinical and operational insight paired with project execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Ability to interpret clinical workflows and translate system changes into training impacts and requirements

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and EHR workflows
- Proven ability to evaluate system changes and determine downstream training implications
- Experience logging, tracking, and managing work through tools such as JIRA or similar systems

- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Health Informatics, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of combined experience in clinical operations, healthcare IT, training, or project management
- Demonstrated experience working with EHR systems and understanding clinical workflows
- Experience in project or program management, including managing deliverables and timelines
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and related applications
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required
- Ability to work flexible or irregular hours based on program needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical background (e.g., RN, allied health professional, or clinical operations experience)
- Experience in clinical informatics or similar roles bridging clinical and IT functions
- Experience in learning, training development, or change management within healthcare IT
- Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other work intake and tracking systems
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare IT implementations or EHR transformations
- Experience working with Federal or Public Sector clients (e.g., VA, DoD)
- Certifications such as PMP, Prosci Change Management, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or clinical informatics certifications
- Strong healthcare acumen with the ability to interpret and apply clinical workflows to training design
Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
- Operates independently to assess system changes, identify training impacts, and drive updates through completion
- Serves as a key clinical informatics resource within the learning organization
- Performs complex tasks requiring independent judgment to ensure training accuracy and alignment with clinical workflows
- Continuously builds knowledge of Oracle Health products, clinical workflows, and industry best practices
- Ensures training materials remain aligned with evolving system functionality, regulatory requirements, and user needs
