- Align team objectives with Oracle's broader goals and manage internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead teams through organizational or process changes with comfort in ambiguity.
- Operate independently, sharing quality knowledge regarding products, industry best practices, and regulations.
- Perform varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment to provide continuous education on Oracle products and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
- 8-10 years total combined work experience, including people management, operational management, consulting management, or project/program management.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and related applications.
- Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 25%) and work irregular hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Emotional Intelligence and leadership training.
- Experience in learning and/or change management, preferably in health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or large-scale IT transformation.
- Experience in talent identification, interviewing, hiring, and skills development.
- Certifications such as CCMP, PMP, Prosci Change Management, or CSM.
- Experience with contract and scoping.
- Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers.
- Strong healthcare acumen.
