About the role
Oracle Health Lead Healthcare Executive
The Lead Healthcare Executive serves as the primary clinical liaison to the project leadership team for Oracle's EHR implementation with a federal client. This role is responsible for guiding the client through process design, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption to achieve targeted value. You will manage client relationships, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise to ensure client success with Oracle's solutions. Utilizing Oracle's implementation approach, you will assist with change management, identify improvement opportunities, and be accountable for achieving project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to build longitudinal relationships and positively impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions.
- Lead solution design for customer engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated solutions.
- Analyze customer needs, applying industry best practices and product/process knowledge to ensure Oracle solutions meet objectives.
- Influence external customer leadership to accept Oracle solutions and services to facilitate deal closure.
- Support business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
US Hiring Range: $97,500 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
