About Oracle Health Federal Client Operations Systems Administrator

Role Overview
As a Federal Operations Production Service Systems Administrator, you will implement, support, monitor, and maintain Oracle's solutions in Federal environments. Responsibilities include managing system integrity, performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization. You will engage in service account management, certificate management, change control, vulnerability management, OS patching and support queries, ensuring patient safety, cyber security, and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily system operations to verify system integrity and availability.
- Conduct performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades and resource optimization.
- Implement monitoring solutions and respond to alarms timely.
- Deploy and maintain physical/virtual servers and testing environments.
- Provide Tier III and other support for incident management and cyber validations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate product rollout and UAT.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years in Windows, Unix/Linux system administration.
- Background in Cyber Security, Networking, and Server Configurations.
- Experience with scripting in Unix shell, PowerShell, Perl, Python.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis in a production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (US citizen required).
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary range from approximately $63,000 to $126,100 per year, with potential equity eligibility. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and various voluntary benefits.
