Oracle Health Director, Change Management
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Change Management to lead and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary organization responsible for enterprise change management and learning delivery. This role provides end-to-end accountability for strategy, execution, quality, and outcomes across the Change functions, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities, contractual commitments, and client success.
The Director serves as a senior leader within the organization, responsible for setting the vision and operating model for Change, developing leaders and managers, driving continuous improvement, and owning financial and operational performance for the portfolio. This leader will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional peers to translate strategy into scalable, sustainable capabilities that deliver measurable business impact.
To be successful in this role:
- Provide enterprise-level leadership and direction for Change Management, including strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and senior leaders; build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline
- Establish and evolve standardized methodologies, tools, and governance for change delivery
- Own portfolio-level financial performance, including forecasting, revenue and/or margin management, resource planning, and operational efficiency
- Translate organizational and client priorities into actionable plans with clear outcomes, milestones, and accountability
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, performance management, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change readiness, workforce enablement, and adoption strategy
- Drive alignment between Change, Learning, Deployment, and other cross-functional partners to ensure integrated solutions
- Lead large-scale organizational, operational, and process transformations
- Champion inclusive leadership, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect delivery quality and financial performance
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. You should possess 12+ years of progressive professional experience, including leadership in change management, learning, consulting, operations, or program delivery, with at least 7+ years of people leadership experience, specifically managing managers. Demonstrated experience owning financial and operational performance at a program or portfolio level is essential. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills are necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. The role requires the ability to travel to customer sites as required and work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in change management within healthcare IT or large-scale digital transformation programs
- Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers
- Proven experience building and scaling organizations or capabilities
- Certifications such as CCMP, Prosci, PMP, CSM, or equivalent
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge
- Experience with contract management, scoping, and delivery governance
