Overview
When you join Oracle Health Consulting as a Change Management Director, you become part of a high-impact leadership team supporting our Federal customers in the largest electronic health record modernization effort in the nation. In this director level role you will be accountable for the success of our consulting change management program, overseeing all deployment workstreams, ensuring projects deliver exceptional value on time and under budget, and acting as a senior client-facing leader.
Responsibilities
- Provide program oversight for change management engagements aligned to client strategy.
- Lead deployment initiatives across multiple sites with diverse stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Guide project teams and third-party consultants in complex healthcare IT initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and adoption challenges.
- Evolve change management methodologies through thought leadership.
To Be Successful in This Role
Applicants should be experienced relationship-builders with deep expertise in change management and a strong background in large-scale healthcare IT transformation. You must be comfortable managing financial performance, guiding teams without direct line authority, and simplifying complex information for senior audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in large, complex change management programs.
- Direct financial accountability for multi-project portfolios and executive client-facing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work irregular hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or PMP certifications.
- Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers.
- Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Strong healthcare acumen, especially in EHR modernization.
- Proven success managing third-party consultants within complex programs.
Compensation & Benefits
US salary range: $120,100 - $251,600 annually, with bonus, equity, and compensation deferral eligibility. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
