Oracle Health CareAware Device Integration Consultant II

About the Role

Be a part of the Oracle Health CareAware Device Integration team and help clients integrate various medical devices for seamless data exchange from device to patient chart. As an Oracle Health CareAware Device Integration Consultant II, you will provide consulting implementation services across North America for medical device connectivity products.

Team & Products

The team includes four main products: Bedside Medical Device Integration (BMDI), Laboratory Medical Device Integration (LMDI), Mobile Vitals Collection (MVC), and Infusion Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products.
• Facilitate technical discovery and provide expertise tailored to client environments.
• Conduct technical training for clinical informatics, IT, lab analysts, and Biomed teams.
• Advise on deployment strategies and ensure proper integration of medical devices.
• Engage in client communications, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support.
• Resolve issues by troubleshooting device integration and escalating to engineering when needed.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience with higher education or work in healthcare/technology implementations. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Preferred skills include experience with medical devices (anesthesia carts, ventilators, infusion pumps, lab analyzers), clinical workflows, Linux, SQL, basic networking, and strong communication skills.

Expectations & Travel

Willingness to travel up to 80% and work additional or irregular hours as needed. Adherence to company security policies and ability to manage multiple work assignments is crucial.
