About the Role
As a Federal Learning Consultant, you will support training delivery and go-live support at a client site. You will be responsible for localizing and implementing training strategies and plans that maximize end-user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives. You will need to stay knowledgeable of changes within deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively. Building, managing, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators. Submitting timely and accurate timesheets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with forecasting targets, and participating in internal and external meetings, advocating for learning best practices, are also key responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of combined higher education and relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year in healthcare IT consulting, project management, learning facilitation, or similar client-facing experience.
- Additional higher education and/or work experience aligned with job duties.
- Experience with training project management, preferably in healthcare or federal environments.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance (required due to contract).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR platforms
