About the Role: OIC Integration Developer at Oracle

As an OIC Integration Developer within Oracle's ACS Technical Team, you will be a key part of a cross-functional group supporting customer integrations globally. This role primarily focuses on developing and optimizing solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other iPaaS platforms like Boomi, Celigo, and Mulesoft, as well as point-to-point solutions. You'll translate integration designs and specifications into robust technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize technical specifications for integration solutions.
• Provide accurate estimates and target completion dates for development tasks.
• Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain NetSuite solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
• Conduct thorough unit testing across all identified use cases to ensure solution integrity.
• Document technical solutions comprehensively and package them for deployment.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and remediation for integration issues.
• Contribute to the integration practice by mentoring junior developers, developing collateral, and fostering leading practices.
• Design and develop new integrations while also resolving client-related platform issues.
• Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices in all development activities.

Overview of ACS Technical Team

The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Technical Team is a recognized authority within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU). It delivers subject matter expertise and consulting services to Oracle's most significant strategic customers worldwide, supporting their full lifecycle from implementation to post-go-live success.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on OIC integration development across various industries.
• Demonstrated experience with error management, resolution, authentication methods, and data encryption.
• Experience with parallel processing/concurrency management for high-volume integrations.
• Must have held a full-time permanent role (non-contractor) for the last 2 years.
• Ability to be self-directed, multi-task, and lead others with minimal supervision.
• 8+ years of overall hands-on integration development experience.
• 5+ years of technical consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at understanding end-to-end business process flows and presenting complex concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Desired Experience

• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) experience.
• Developing and optimizing NetSuite SuiteScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteTalk, SOAP, or REST integrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance, integrations, or technical architecture.
• Release management and/or Agile scrum experience.
• Tuning of SQL statements and ODBC/JDBC data extraction strategies.
• Data Modeling and architecting/tuning integrations with various ETL tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo, Workato, Snaplogic).
• Familiarity with Oracle Apex.
