Job Description

What you'll do

As an NA Sales Representative, Applications, Retail, you will sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients. You will manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Your role includes providing insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite and collaborating with sales executives to address customer challenges, finding technical solutions aligning with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s business objectives, pain points, and technology landscape through strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers within your assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative, multi-year roadmap with each key client that enables further adoption of the Oracle Retail Platform.
  • Be an advisor to the client and deliver value outside the typical sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, exceeding quota and revenue targets.
