What You Will Do

  • Be a key member of the OCI AI PaaS Sales team, understanding market needs and driving product direction.
  • Sell OCI AI PaaS services by identifying customer motivations and industry growth drivers.
  • Build upon the existing OCI AI PaaS go-to-market plan for your portfolio of accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from qualified pipeline development to deal closure and ongoing forecasting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing customer decisions to buy and adopt Oracle AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate across Oracle ecosystems and extended teams to help organizations adopt valuable AI capabilities.
  • Nurture client relationships through trust-building, technical support, and strategic partnerships.
  • Gain access to and build relationships with key executives, AI program owners, and C-level leaders.
  • Master and articulate the 'Why Oracle Story,' showcasing the value of our unified, multi-pillar offerings.
  • Initiate and manage complex sales cycles with support from internal partners (Solution Engineering, GPU Engineering, Product Management).
  • This position is primarily virtual, with travel expected as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience selling AI solutions (IaaS or PaaS) in a direct or supportive role to C-suite, AI, Engineering, and Technical Staff.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • A deep understanding of AI Architectures such as RAG, Agentic AI systems, and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Direct experience with ML Ops, Model Hosting, LLM orchestration, and both open and closed models.
  • Confidence in your knowledge of the enterprise AI market to engage in in-depth conversations with prospects.
  • Ownership of opportunities while fostering collaborative team-selling environments.
  • A driven, open-minded, and creative attitude committed to continuous learning and new approaches.
  • A proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and exceeding expectations.
