About Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
The Oracle Data Center Organization is growing rapidly and supports global data centers throughout their lifecycle. The Data Center Compliance (DCC) team is embedded within the Data Center Infrastructure organization to ensure continuous monitoring and compliance across OCI’s environment.
The Role: Manager Compliance Operations
As the Manager Compliance Operations, you will lead a team responsible for compliance assessments and operations within the Data Center Infrastructure (DCI). Your focus will include strategic tooling, resource and roadmap management, and comprehensive reporting to empower decision-makers with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of software tools.
- Develop and maintain detailed project and program roadmaps.
- Manage resource planning and allocation for global initiatives.
- Oversee design and delivery of business intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate financial reporting and forecasting for cloud operations.
- Drive process improvement and standardization across compliance workflows.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 6-10 years of program management experience and team leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in cloud IT processes, data center design, and operations.
- PMP certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
US hiring range from $88,400 to $223,400 per year; bonus and equity eligible. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement options, and paid time off.
