Overview
Oracle is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Learning Designer to join the Commercial eLearning team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality software simulation eLearning and instructor-led training materials, specifically for Healthcare and other industry clients.
Responsibilities
- Produce quality software simulation deliverables including eLearning scripts, simulations, video assets, assessments, job aids, and classroom training guides.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to content development projects.
- Develop deep product area knowledge to aid both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and manage effective stakeholder relationships to ensure training effectiveness.
- Utilize eLearning development tools and manage projects using Jira and other tools.
- Create workflow scripts that adhere to Oracle's writing style and processes.
- Pursue continuous professional development in instructional design principles.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required. Candidates must have at least 4 years total work experience with a minimum of 2 years in learning/adult education roles and 2 additional years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits
The US salary range for this role is from $53,000 to $126,100 annually, with eligibility for bonus and equity. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) matching plan, generous paid time off, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
