Introduction

The Lead Technical Architect - OCI Migration role at Oracle is designed for a key member of our OCI migration team. In this role, you will support modernization initiatives for a federal client by coordinating migration activities, overseeing internal architecture reviews, managing connectivity to external systems, and collaborating closely with Oracle teams throughout hosting and testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Oracle Health OCI team and third-party vendors.
  • Plan and execute migration projects for diverse products.
  • Define, design, and oversee migration approaches.
  • Manage procurement of OCI resources for migration efforts.
  • Coordinate contracts, administrative processes, and risk reporting.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a related role. Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance and willing to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Expectations

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or IT, with product or technical expertise in OCI, cloud architecture, or Healthcare IT. Flexibility for additional hours as needed, adherence to security policies, and other duties assigned.

Benefits & Career Level

Competitive salary range ($97,500 - $199,500) with bonus and equity potential. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and additional volunteer and insurance benefits. Career level is IC4.
