Team Overview
You will be a member of a dedicated team supporting a prominent client in the midwestern United States, providing excellent care to underprivileged populations. Your work will directly contribute to efficient clinical workflows and high quality patient care.
The team consists of professionals in India and the United States. It is divided into two groups: one focusing on operational changes in clinical applications and another driving standardization and modernization of nurse and provider workflows. As part of the second group, you will lead projects to ensure on-time, successful delivery with minimal issues.
Position Overview
Oracle is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for IT Managed Services projects. You will manage multiple concurrent optimization initiatives in Oracle Health electronic health record (EHR) modules, working collaboratively in both waterfall and agile environments.
- Lead projects with emphasis on risk assessment and schedule management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and IT analysts.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and status updates.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in Healthcare IT.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Health Millennium workflows and design principles.
- Experience in building project plans and documentation from scratch.
- Proven ability in effective communication with leadership and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple initiatives.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Project management certification such as PMP.
- Familiarity with Millennium build workflows for nursing and/or physicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent optimization projects for Oracle Health EHR modules.
- Ensure proper project management methodology is applied and schedules are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain updated project documentation.
- Organize regular project calls and send weekly status updates to stakeholders.
