The Lead Clinical Informaticist role is an individual contributor opportunity with the Strategic Clinical Informatics (SCI) team at Oracle. The SCI team consists of experts in Oracle Health clinical solutions and workflows, dedicated to supporting customers in maximizing their Oracle Health investments through the adoption of cutting-edge clinical AI agents and the new Oracle Health Electronic Health Record.
Responsibilities
Enhance clinical user experience by evaluating current state opportunities and preparing for key technology deployments or transitions. Develop scalable, actionable data insights on customer technology use and optimization opportunities across configuration, clinical, and operational processes. Monitor and prepare health systems for future product development spanning core clinical, ancillary, and AI capabilities. Facilitate value measurement and outcomes across clinician experience and quality metrics for targeted customer initiatives and organizational priorities.
Examples include:
- Conducting clinical customer assessments across various clinical areas.
- Driving strategic discussions on clinical solution roadmaps.
- Leading clinical AI agent projects.
- Supporting customer conversations on organizational change management.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive expertise across multiple Oracle Health technology platforms such as Millennium, CareAware, Real Time Health System, Fusion, and Health Data Intelligence with 6-10+ years in health informatics. Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams, drive change management processes, identify industry trends, and improve patient care and operational efficiency. Must be fluent in English with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office and SharePoint is required.
Travel & Compensation
Travel up to 50% as needed. The US hiring range is from $97,500 to $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonus and equity based on experience and internal peer equity.
