Overview
Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to transform healthcare systems by driving clinical excellence and ensuring smooth post go-live operations. In this role, you will lead the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, develop impactful content, and provide expert clinical guidance during onsite and virtual readiness events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Readiness Fundamentals Owner: Lead design, development, and execution of readiness content.
- Site Readiness Leadership: Provide clinical expertise to ensure smooth EHR sustainment.
- Risk & Issue Identification: Collaborate with Project Manager to spot and mitigate risks.
- Clinical Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main clinical liaison for seamless communication.
- Drive Project Plan Success: Ensure deliverables are executed on time with clinical precision.
- Strategic Informatics Planning: Develop plans to ensure smooth transitions during EHR go-live.
- Educate on Sustainment Processes: Deliver targeted training for post-implementation success.
- Lead Process Improvement: Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption.
- Adoption Support: Enhance the adoption of new workflows by guiding end users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics or related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical licensure (preferred).
- 5+ years experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions.
- Proven project management experience in clinical transformation initiatives.
