About the Role

As an HR Operations Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR administrative support across the expansive Africa & Middle East region. This position is initially offered as a contractor role with the potential for conversion to a full-time Oracle headcount, offering a unique opportunity to grow within a global technology leader.

Description

This role provides essential support for HR operations within Sub-Sahara, Egypt, Levant, South Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. You will assist HR colleagues in their day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated HR Operations partner, offering support to Country HR managers, Line managers, and employees on various HR administrative activities.
  • Create and meticulously maintain employee records and files, both in hard copy and electronic versions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue diverse documentation, including employee certificates and addendums to employment contracts, as required.
  • Generate employment reports, prepare insightful analyses, assist with payroll input, and compile statistics for internal use and local authorities.
  • Prepare and organize comprehensive HR Induction sessions to onboard new hires effectively.
  • Manage all HR transactions promptly and accurately for payroll processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership relationships with Country HR teams and other internal/external stakeholders.
  • Enforce Oracle's HR processes and provide essential end-user support for HR systems and policies.
  • Adapt, modify, and update administrative methodologies, practices, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Communicate and educate employees regarding Oracle’s global HR policies, processes, and systems.

Profile

To succeed in this HR Operations Support Analyst role, you should possess a strong blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
  • Experience working effectively in an international and virtual environment is highly valued.
  • Previous reporting experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be flexible and capable of adapting to change in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possess good organizational skills and be a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to be proactive, maintain a common-sense approach, and act independently.

  • Holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Science related discipline, or equivalent education and experience relevant to the Human Resources functional area.
