Job Summary
As a Healthcare IT Proposal Manager at Oracle, you will provide critical shared service direct support to the Field License Sales and Consulting Organizations. Your primary responsibility will be the management, production, and delivery of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. These proposals are crucial for winning new business and generating revenue for Oracle, specifically within the IT healthcare sector. You will also be responsible for reviewing completed proposals to ensure responsiveness and compliance with all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct project management support for the delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals to Oracle's external prospects.
- Develop compelling win themes tailored to specific proposals.
- Maintain liaison with external partners and integrators involved in joint operations.
- Analyze proposals to determine precise delivery specifications and preparation outlines.
- Analyze Evaluation Criteria thoroughly and develop Feature/Benefit tables.
- Create Storyboards to visualize proposal content and flow.
- Provide clear direction regarding compliance with statutory, regulatory, and commercial business guidelines set by prospective and established customers.
- Plan and create a text/graphics preparation and control environment for virtual collaboration among internationally disbursed teams.
- Establish and manage the overall proposal submission schedule.
- Develop comprehensive proposal preparation instructions for all contributors.
- Create detailed compliance and author response matrices.
- Develop writing instructions for authors to ensure consistency and quality.
- Plan and conduct project kickoff meetings to align all team members.
- Manage the execution of the proposal development plan from start to finish.
- Contribute to and/or write executive summaries for key proposals.
- Establish robust document version control methods.
- Create clear document review directions and procedures.
- Manage review and edit cycles efficiently.
- Coordinate the final assembly and delivery of proposals.
- Conduct a final review of proposals for complete compliance and responsiveness.
Qualifications
We are seeking a Proposal Manager with substantial experience in IT healthcare, who has successfully worked on both commercial and public sector bids. This role requires a strong understanding of proposal development processes and a keen eye for detail.
