Overview

As a Healthcare Ethics and Compliance Operations Program Director at Oracle, you will work directly with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and compliance teams to address regulatory compliance issues that are essential for Oracle customers globally, with a focus on the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations support across Oracle Health compliance organizations.
  • Define and implement Oracle Health standards through policies and procedures.
  • Track evolving healthcare and medical device industry standards and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Compliance Program infrastructure.
  • Drive compliance improvement programs across domains including transparency, anti-kickback and anti-corruption measures.
  • Support training, auditing, monitoring, and metrics reporting for compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with Oracle’s Office of Ethics and Compliance, Legal and business teams to drive a culture of ethics and integrity globally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 10 years in healthcare compliance operations roles.
  • Experience with Software as a Medical Device marketing and promotion compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy standards and global compliance requirements.
  • Excellent proficiency with Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle systems.
  • Outstanding project management, writing, analysis, and communication skills.
