Engagement Controller Opportunity at Oracle
Oracle Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engagement Controller to support our Federal Training and Change Management team. This newly created role involves a broad range of operational and administrative functions that support client engagements and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, workshops, and special events including logistics and follow-up.
- Reporting & Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate reports on initiatives, resource utilization, financial spend, milestones, and client engagement status.
- Resourcing: Track and coordinate resource allocation, maintain rosters, and support scheduling optimization.
- Financial Auditing: Assist with budget tracking, invoice reviews, financial reconciliations, and compliance checks.
- Operations Support: Address ad-hoc operational needs and propose process improvements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure engagement deliverables are met.
- Other Duties: Adapt to emerging needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field; 3+ years of related experience; strong event planning, logistical coordination, and financial tracking skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Oracle tools/ERPs being a plus; excellent communication skills; and the ability to multitask in an evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or professional services; familiarity with Oracle Health solutions; and project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
US hiring range: $79,100 - $158,200 per year. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, and more.
