Director, Program Management - OCI at Oracle
Oracle Cloud is actively seeking a Director, Program Management to join our Nashville HQ. As Oracle continues its rapid growth, our team is dedicated to optimizing and streamlining key business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering crucial improvement initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise. You will work closely with Oracle product management teams, service teams, global business practices, and corporate functions to transform problem-solving approaches and operational methodologies. Furthermore, this position is pivotal in establishing and leading a high-performing team, contributing to the expansion of our presence in Nashville.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Process Transformation: Define and implement robust business process improvements, including establishing baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging analytics, root cause analysis, and best practices to optimize efficiency, throughput, scalability, and/or customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to map complex, often ambiguous, cloud-based processes end-to-end. Gather inputs from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting priorities, and set realistic, effective delivery timelines for improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Risk Assessment: Apply deep business acumen to proactively identify enterprise risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. Design actionable, scalable plans with well-defined, measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Transformation/Change Management: Develop comprehensive change management strategies to ensure the adoption and sustainability of process enhancements. Prepare communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies, effectively addressing resistance and navigating organizational complexities.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Clearly and succinctly communicate process recommendations, data-driven insights, and shifting priorities to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Tailor messaging to diverse audiences and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Create, regularly track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further refinement. Develop dashboards or scorecards to share progress and outcomes with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- People Management: Manage a team of program and product managers to deliver cross-enterprise initiatives. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets.
- Program Management: Organize interdepartmental activities, ensuring the completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Qualifications
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Compensation & Benefits (US - Nashville)
The hiring range in USD is from: $139,400 - $291,800 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
