About the Role

Oracle is seeking a Director Data Center Delivery to develop and implement comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in delivery. This high-impact role is responsible for end-to-end leadership of data center and network capacity projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.
• Manage complex project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Maintain clear communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance processes.

Additional Details

This position also involves direct engagement with Colo and LV partners' leadership, ensuring proper design documentation, ISP circuit contract execution, and efficient handover to operations teams. A high degree of personal accountability and autonomy is required.
