The Customer Service Support role at Oracle is focused on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. The position involves resolving both technical and non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic channels while advocating for customer needs.
Responsibilities
You will handle and resolve support tickets, guide customers on product compatibility and configuration issues, manage license reconciliation, and troubleshoot electronic support services. You will document case notes in our tracking system and provide real time resolution for various inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements
This is an onsite role available in Kansas City, MO, Orlando, FL, or Nashville, TN. U.S. citizenship is required due to client contracts and the role requires the ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance. Compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates may apply.
Compensation & Benefits
