About the Role

As a Consulting Technical Member of Staff, you will drive modern EHR innovations using generative AI and cloud technology, and play a key role in enhancing global healthcare outcomes.

Your Role

You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity. Your responsibilities include designing and building cloud-centric applications from scratch, contributing to technical and business strategies, and working closely with architects, principals, and product managers to deliver high quality product features.

Responsibilities & Technical Skills

  • BS in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred).
  • 10+ years of distributed service engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Java, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms and cloud engineering infrastructure (e.g., Terraform).
  • Proficient in modern UI technologies such as ES6, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.
  • Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, networking protocols, and cloud service design.

Other Skills

  • Demonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams, preferably in healthcare.
