About the Role: Consulting Solution Manager

Oracle is seeking an experienced Consulting Solution Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience to drive the growth of its Digital domain business. This role demands strong expertise in Oracle technology solutions, particularly middleware, PaaS for SaaS, SOA/BPM/OIC, DX/Apex, and IdM, coupled with robust solutioning experience across both Cloud and on-premise environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer interaction skills, capable of engaging with senior management. This is a hands-on position, requiring practical application of skills beyond just pre-sales.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Digital domain business through both hunting new opportunities and farming existing client relationships.
  • Apply strong experience in Oracle technology solutions, specifically middleware, PaaS for SaaS, SOA/BPM/OIC, DX/Apex, and IdM.
  • Develop and implement strong solutioning strategies for both Cloud and on-premise deployments.
  • Engage in strong communication and customer interaction with senior management clients.
  • Demonstrate real hands-on technical capabilities, not solely relying on pre-sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in Oracle technology solutions, especially middleware - PaaS for SaaS, SOA/BPM/OIC, DX/Apex, IdM.
  • Strong solutioning experience in both Cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Exceptional communication and customer interaction skills with senior management.
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise.
  • Career Level - IC4.
