Overview
Oracle is on a journey to advance healthcare through innovative technology. As a Consulting Project Technical Manager, you will lead large-scale federal healthcare projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery for some of the world’s largest health systems.
Responsibilities
You will manage multi-site task orders and closely monitor contractual and financial commitments. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring scope, staffing and financial commitments.
- Coordinating with 3rd party suppliers and subject matter experts.
- Leading project teams and mentoring team members.
- Managing risk and ensuring timely delivery and quality deliverables.
- Supporting regular performance and status meetings with clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience. You must demonstrate solid project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a matrix management environment. US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
Benefits & Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary range from $87,000 to $178,100 per year, with potential bonuses and equity. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
Location
This position requires a commitment to work from the Arlington, VA office four days per week.
