Cloud Customer Success Analyst

Overview

Make an Impact as a Cloud Customer Success Analyst – Casinos at Oracle. In this role, you will lead with data-driven insights, directly engage with clients, and champion innovative revenue solutions to elevate guest experiences and performance at leading casino organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Dive deep into casino client data to identify upsell and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with operational and technology teams to boost revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with casino management to align upsell and revenue strategies.
• Define and manage fulfillment of Nor1-related revenue streams using data analytics.
• Launch new Nor1 offerings and drive their adoption.
• Create engaging training materials and provide day-to-day client support.
• Leverage data insights with Data Science teams for strategic planning.
• Provide support across diverse time zones to meet global client needs.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality operations, preferably in hotels or casinos.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data tools.
• Ability to create actionable insights and effective communication.
• Experience in building client relationships in complex organizations.
• Flexibility to travel and support clients across various time zones.
