Responsibilities

As a Change Management Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain change management processes, templates, and controls aligned with ITIL/ISO practices.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely, accurate communication of approved changes.
