Overview

The Business Process Analyst will serve a key role in ensuring successful hardware support delivery at Oracle. This role involves designing, documenting, and implementing collaborative processes within key strategic programs, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met and communications are seamless.

Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze, document and improve business processes across departments; identify gaps, redundancies, and bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.

Program Management: Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through execution, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, monitor performance and address risks proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as liaison among business units, technical teams, and leadership; facilitate meetings, presentations, and build strong internal and external relationships.

Preferred: Reporting & Insights: Translate source data into application interfaces and reporting dashboards using skills such as Python, SQL, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle APEX.

Qualifications & Benefits

This role requires a background in data analysis and application development, with strong communication skills for impact at an executive level. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and change. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $178,100 per year in the US, along with eligibility for bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), generous paid time off, and more.
