Job Description

This is an entry-level consulting position for individuals new to professional services who are developing their expertise. You will engage with customers who are already live with Oracle Health Care Management solutions. While prior experience is preferred, it is not strictly required. An ideal candidate will possess a general interest in population health, working with care management data, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant and a member of a project team, you will follow standard practices and procedures to analyze situations and data, providing high-quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions for application maintenance and optimization. Your work will involve some problem-solving, with assistance and guidance, in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. You will implement Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with their solution build, maintenance, and configuration, and advising on workflows.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of customers' algorithms to help answer questions, resolve issues, or recommend modifications.
  • Gaining an understanding of standard reports built using Tableau, Business Objects, and other visualization tools that support Care Management products.
  • Completing product assessments across the HDI customer base to identify opportunities for maintenance, professional services, and optimizations.
  • Providing product demonstrations and knowledge transfers to customers regarding various topics within the HDI space.
  • Consulting with internal project and organizational teams to collaboratively share configuration status, project timelines, and project updates, and verify configuration requests.
  • Helping to maintain customer relationships and navigate conflict and complex relationships to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. The US hiring range is from $24.62 - $48.03 per hour, equivalent to $51,200 - $99,900 per year. Candidates may also be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, locations, and Oracle's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors, as well as internal peer equity.

Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance (including expert medical opinion), short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, supplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child), health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts, pre-tax commuter and parking benefits, a 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match, and generous paid time off. Flexible Vacation is provided to eligible salaried employees, while other employees accrue 13 days annually for the first three years and 18 days subsequently. This is prorated for part-time. Additionally, there are 11 paid holidays, 72 hours of paid sick leave annually (with carry-over up to 112 hours), paid parental leave, adoption assistance, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, financial planning, group legal, and voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner, and pet insurance.
