What to Expect:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Oracle NetSuite and customers (e.g., Accounting / IT staff & leaders), responding to their questions about Advanced Accounting processes (e.g., taxes, Invoicing in Brazil (SEFAZ), financial reports, subsidiaries, revenue).
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support, providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
- Provide support to customers contacting the Oracle Solution Center, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to guidelines, primarily through electronic means.
- Work with general guidance from senior support engineers and management, often operating independently on solutions that require extensive research, collaboration, or problem replication.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to support data analysis, generate business insights, and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in both AI technology and accounting practices to recommend innovative solutions.
