Overview

Oracle's Global SaaS & Apps UL Delivery organization seeks a Sr Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Systems Support Analyst. Join a global, innovative, and diverse team of techno functional engineers dedicated to building long-term trusted relationships and delivering high-quality ERP and SCM SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver ERP/SCM SaaS applications including EBS and Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Finance modules such as Fusion GL, AR, Payables, CM, FA, Expenses, Lease Management, and Revenue Management.
  • Utilize strong skills in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, and VBCS.
  • Ensure best practices in feature adoption, testing, change management, roles and security, and post-production support.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, technical proposal writing, and advisory roles for Oracle Cloud ERP and Payroll solutions.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, requirement gathering, CRP workshops, and solution design to integrate innovative proposals.

Qualifications

Candidate must have over 10 years of experience with ERP/SCM SaaS applications. A strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skill set is required, complemented by a proactive and resilient mindset. Public sector experience is highly preferred. An undergraduate or higher degree, or equivalent work experience, is required.
