Position Summary

The Product Success Intern will support the Product Success Team at Opus IVS by assisting in data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on ensuring accurate service reporting, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of product delivery and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and maintaining accurate reporting for invoice and service delivery.
• Help develop and update documentation for product integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Contribute to project planning and tracking, including risk identification and progress updates on Monday.com.
• Investigate data discrepancies and work on resolutions with the team.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel and SQL, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
