Role Overview - Portfolio Analyst
Join our Network Delivery Office (NDO) team ensuring effective portfolio delivery and performance across the Networks division. The Portfolio Analyst will provide governance, financial administration, reporting, and insight support, analyzing financial and project performance, preparing reports, and turning metrics into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop status and compliance reports for executive forums.
- Manage Capex Steering Committee (CSC) submissions and funding processes including PowerPoint packs, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Analyze financial and project performance status with insights.
- Develop financial tooling and reporting using SAP, Excel, ServiceNow, and Jira.
- Support monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) phasing.
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders and maintain knowledge repositories while promoting digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years in a PMO or project environment with financial management experience.
- Strong attention to detail with financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate/high Excel skills; familiarity with tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, and PowerPlatform beneficial.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, IT, engineering, or Project Management are a bonus.
