Responsibilities

  • Analyze Federal government solicitations, RFIs and RFPs to identify requirements.
  • Collaborate with proposal, capture, solution teams, and SMEs to develop content.
  • Conduct research and interviews to gather accurate technical information.
  • Write clear, concise, and compliant technical proposals aligned with win themes.
  • Leverage AI tools and manage content editing, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Coordinate with designers to incorporate visual elements and transition content for presentations.
  • Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Adhere to established proposal development processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in technical proposal writing for state or federal government clients.
  • Familiarity with proposal automation/database software and AI writing tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shipley or other proposal development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the federal government healthcare market and related regulations.
  • Subject matter expertise within federal healthcare operations.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This role offers remote work flexibility from anywhere in the U.S., with office requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. (minimum four days per week for those in those regions).
