Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to set clinical program goals.
- Provide superior clinical consultation and account management.
- Explain formulary and clinical program changes clearly.
- Deliver proactive clinical recommendations and market intelligence.
- Mentor clinical coordinators and support sales activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D plus a current, unrestricted Pharmacist license is required. At least 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist and experience in client-facing roles in PBM or Health Plan settings is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills are expected.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical account management with complex client portfolios and familiarity with custom formulary management.
