About the Role
The Devops Engineer at Optum India builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate release, deployment, and upgrade processes. This role combines software development and IT operations to shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform.
Responsibilities
- Automate software delivery using CI/CD practices
- Manage scalable cloud infrastructure using GCP
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Utilize containerization with Docker/Kubernetes
- Monitor and log systems using Splunk and other tools
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience including Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform
- Proficiency in Linux, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Scripting skills in Bash and Python
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and F5 configs
- Expertise in setting up robust infrastructure
