Key Responsibilities
- Maximize executive time to ensure prioritization of key initiatives by managing multiple complex calendars and ensuring creation of and access to applicable pre-reads and agendas.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to intuitively make real-time adjustments and trade-offs, ensuring the right meetings happen at the right times with the right people.
- Thoughtfully arrange domestic and international travel, minimizing business impact while prioritizing executive efficiency/ease.
- Champion company culture by owning all aspects of team gatherings, both virtual and in-person, delivering exceptional experiences with a high-touch approach and an eye for meaningful details and delights.
- Attend Staff meetings, taking notes and driving action items to completion according to the prescribed timelines.
- Help prepare and drive completion of slide decks, initiatives, and special projects.
- Proactively seek opportunities to add value, enhance efficiency, drive clarity, and elevate business operations.
- Track and file expenses according to company policy.
- Some on-call/after-hours work is required.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to support Central time zone business hours.
- Extensive experience planning and executing offsites, with the ability to travel as often as needed to facilitate offsites across the org.
- Ability to handle competing priorities in real-time with composure, always leading with kindness regardless of the pace.
- Highly collaborative and organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting management and presentation-building.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong understanding of best practices for distributed/remote work, and a talent for optimizing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom.
