About the role

Optomi, in partnership with a global organization, is seeking a SuccessFactors Data Migration Analyst to support data conversion and validation activities as part of a large-scale HR systems transformation.


This is a highly hands-on opportunity for someone with strong SuccessFactors reporting, HR data validation, and data quality experience.


Responsibilities

  • Perform data validation and cleanup activities within SuccessFactors, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, effective dating, and transactional integrity
  • Identify data discrepancies and partner with HR, business, and project stakeholders to drive issue resolution
  • Maintain data issue logs, monitor progress, and track remediation efforts through completion
  • Support ongoing reconciliation and validation efforts between SuccessFactors and Workday during the migration process
  • Prepare and validate core HR datasets, including worker, organizational, and compensation data
  • Validate extracted data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support maintenance of mapping workbooks and value mapping tables
  • Document field mappings and data transformation updates as needed
  • Populate and validate Workday EIB templates for initial and incremental data loads
  • Participate in daily data validation sessions and support compliance-related data reconciliation activities


Qualifications

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including reporting and data extraction
  • Strong background in HR data validation, reconciliation, data cleansing, and issue resolution
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, system migrations, or large-scale HR data projects
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of HR master data, organizational data, and compensation data
