Recruitment Coordinator at Optiver

Our Recruitment Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring in our Trading, Technology, and Business Operations teams. Based in Amsterdam, you will partner closely with recruiters to manage the operational side of hiring, including interview coordination, candidate logistics, and recruitment workflows. In addition to day-to-day coordination, you will help improve recruitment operations by identifying process improvements and supporting projects that make our hiring processes more efficient.
What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will act as a key operational partner to recruiters. Your responsibilities will vary day-to-day, but the following tasks will occupy you the most:
- Coordinate interviews, send assessments, and manage candidate workflows within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse, ensuring pipelines remain organized, up to date, and operationally efficient.
- Support candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional and seamless experience from scheduling through final interviews.
- Contribute to improving recruitment operations by identifying process improvements and documenting workflow changes.
- Collaborate with the broader Recruitment team on projects that improve hiring processes and recruitment operations.
Please note that CV screening and calling candidates are not part of this role.
Who You Are
- Currently based in The Netherlands and don't require visa sponsorship
- 1+ years of scheduling, coordination, Recruitment and/or HR experience is preferred
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Able to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, proactive problem-solving mentality
- Tech savviness (Greenhouse, Confluence, and AI proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree (WO/HBO)
