Overview
Optimum Health Solutions is a growing, multi-location, multi-discipline allied health organisation supporting clients across the NDIS and other funding streams. The NDIS Administration Support role is a critical, hands-on position ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of NDIS administration across our clinics.
Role Details
This position is based at our Liverpool Clinic and is offered on a casual basis with full-time hours available over five days per week. Flexibility in start and finish times is available by agreement, and an immediate start is possible. Pathways to permanent employment are available for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end NDIS administrative support, including participant intake and plan management.
- Manage NDIA payment claiming, reconciliation, and investigation of payment discrepancies.
- Utilize PRODA and NDIS systems for claim submissions and to resolve rejections.
- Liaise with participants, plan managers, and internal teams for enquiry resolution.
- Deliver professional, timely client service via phone and email.
- Support front-of-house operations in a busy allied health setting.
- Contribute to the effective operation of a multi-location, multi-discipline practice.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has direct NDIS administration experience and a proven track record with PRODA and NDIA systems. High attention to detail, the ability to manage high-volume NDIS data, and strong communication skills are essential.
