Sales Associate at Optical Outlets
The primary function of this role is assisting patients while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager at Optical Outlets.
Essential Functions
- Attract and retain customers with unsurpassed service
- Greet customers and explain the process clearly
- Assist patients with merchandise selection, fitting frames, and dispensing eyewear
- Solve visual challenges for customers
- Manage customer transactions during purchase
- Provide outstanding patient satisfaction through a Right the First Time approach
- Assist in selecting frames and lenses fitting vision, lifestyle, and budget needs
- Support retail associates with complex customer product needs and prescriptions
- Take measurements and adjust eyewear accurately
- Inform the Office Manager of any noted issues
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Office Manager
Requirements
Job Specifications: One to two years of experience, proficient in MS Office and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities are required.
Preferred Skills: Experience as an Optician with an active Florida License and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Working Conditions
