We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Technical Account Manager to strengthen our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be the trusted technical point of contact for our enterprise customers, managing the post-sales relationship, supporting implementations, and ensuring the successful integration and smooth operation of our cybersecurity solutions.
You will act as an interface between customer requirements and our product capabilities, working closely with the Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Independently carry out and support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions in customer environments (cloud, hybrid, on-premises).
- Conduct on-site visits to assess environments, support implementations, and deliver technical workshops or training.
- Proactively manage the customer's technical environment – performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable operations.
- Build a deep understanding of customer infrastructure, use cases, and security posture to provide strategic recommendations and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to convey customer feedback and support feature requests or product improvements.
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem activities during escalations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and overviews of the customer environment.
Your Profile – Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Consultant).
- Profound technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools and principles, e.g., Endpoint Protection, SIEM/SOAR, Firewalls, Identity & Access Management, or Cloud Security.
- Hands-on experience in system integration, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and working in Linux/Windows environments.
- Confident in independently leading implementations and technical troubleshooting for customers.
- Knowledge of the security ecosystems of common cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills – conveying complex technical content understandably and practically for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and efficiently prioritize.
- Strong documentation skills and a systematic approach to knowledge sharing.
Desired Additional Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft SC-200).
- Experience with modern DevSecOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data protection and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience in high-availability or business-critical IT environments.
